1 package (15 oz.) extra firm tofu
1 cup onions, diced
1 package Little’s Cuisine Original Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1. Fry the tofu in a large skillet on medium-high heat with onions.
2. Stir in Taco Seasoning Mix and add tomato sauce.
3. Spoon the tofu mixture into taco shells with avocado and cilantro. Serve with assorted toppings such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and pico de gallo.
