Makes 6 – 8 servings

3 (24 oz.) salsa or tomatoes with green chilies
1/3 - 1/2 cup brown sugar (or to taste)
1/8 cup molasses (or to taste)
1 Tbsp. of yellow mustard
3 - 5 lbs. hamburger, 80% lean
1 package Little’s Cuisine Original Chili Seasoning Mix
1/2 package Little’s Cuisine Spicy Chili Seasoning Mix
1. In a large bowl, mix together salsa, brown sugar, molasses and yellow mustard. Set mixture aside.
2. Over medium-high heat cook the hamburger (until meat is slightly pink). Drain fat if desired.
3. Add Original Chili Seasoning Mix and Spicy Chili Seasoning Mix and then stir in mixture.
Simmer on low for at least 1 – 2 hours.
