Healthy Turkey and Bean Chili

Makes 6 servings
Ready in 20 minutes


1 red onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
I lb. ground turkey
1 package Little’s Cuisine Original Chili Seasoning Mix
1 can (14.5 oz.) tomatoes
1 cup chicken stock, low sodium
1 can (15.5 oz.) cannellini beans
Cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges


1. In a large skillet, brown the meat with onions and peppers on medium-high heat.
2. Drain and rinse beans. Set aside.
3. Lower heat, stir in Chili Seasoning Mix, until coated. Add tomatoes, chicken stock and beans. Simmer for 15 min. uncovered and stir occasionally.
4. Just before serving stir in cilantro and garnish with a lime wedge.
