Harvest Vegetarian Chili

Makes 6 servings
Ready in 20 minutes


Olive oil
1 cup onions, diced
1 can (15.5 oz.) chick peas
1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
1 package Little’s Cuisine Original Chili Seasoning Mix
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes
Sour cream or Greek yogurt


1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onions.
2. Add chick peas, sweet corn and Chili Seasoning Mix.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
4. Serve with sour cream or yogurt and cilantro.
