Chili Pepper Chili

Makes 6 servings
Ready in 20 minutes


1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 cup water
1 can (15 oz.) red beans
4 oz. vermicelli noodles
1 package Little's Cuisine Chili Seasoning Mix


1. In a saucepan, brown the meat and add water, cook together on medium-high heat.
2. Drain and rinse beans. Cook noodles as directed. Set aside.
3. Lower heat, add Seasoning Mix. Simmer for 15 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally.
4. Before serving, add beans. Serve over cooked noodles.
5. Garnish with cheddar cheese.
