Chili Parmigiano Cauliflower Tots

Makes 4 servings
Ready in 20 minutes


3 cups cauliflower, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp. Original Chili Seasoning Mix


1. Preheat your oven to 400F. Spray a mini muffin tin with oil.
2. In a bowl, mix together cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs and Original Chili Seasoning Mix.
3. Using a spoon divide the mixture between the muffin cups and press down firmly into the cups.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
