1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup onions, diced
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 package Little’s Cuisine Original Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
Lettuce, green leaf, romaine, butter or iceberg
1 tomato, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
2 limes, wedges
1. Brown the turkey in a large skillet on medium-high heat with onions.
2. Lower heat and add Taco Seasoning Mix.
3. Stir tomato sauce, corn and beans.
4. To serve, place chips and lettuce on a large platter or individual plates. Top with meat mixture, tomatoes, avocados, cheese, salsa, cilantro and fresh lime.
