3 lbs. small red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. Little’s Cuisine Italian Herb Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1. Preheat the oven to 400F with the sheet pan.
2. Cut the potatoes in quarters and place in a bowl with the olive oil, Italian Herb Seasoning Blend and toss until coated.
3. Transfer the potatoes to the hot sheet pan. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until browned and crispy. Flip with a spatula halfway through to cook evenly.
4. Remove the potatoes from the oven and garnish with parsley.
