2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, diced
3 celery, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes in juice
1 package Little’s Cuisine Bloody Mary Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup sour cream or crème fraiche
1. In a large pot, over medium-high heat add olive oil. Sauté onion, celery, garlic for a couple minutes.
2. Add tomatoes and juice to the large pot. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes, stirring
3. Remove from heat and stir in Bloody Mary Seasoning Mix. Let cool 10 minutes, transfer to a blender
and puree in batches for 15 seconds on high speed. Keep warm.
4. Garnish with sour cream or crème fraiche.
