1 pie crust
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup parmesan, grated
4 - 5 large eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. Little’s Cuisine Italian Herb Seasoning Blend
2 tablespoons basil, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Poke holes in pie crust and bake the crust until golden brown.
3. Remove and reduce heat to 350F and cook bacon as directed. Drain on a paper towel, and chop roughly.
4. Whisk together eggs, half-and-half, milk, Italian Herb Seasoning Blend, bacon and cheese.
Pour the mixture into cooled pie shell, and bake for 30 minutes.
5. Garnish with basil prior to serving.
