Farm Fresh Oven Roasted Zucchini Chili Lime & Parmesan

Makes 4 servings
Ready in 20 minutes


4 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise or wedges
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Little’s Cuisine Chili Lime Seasoning Blend
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 lime, wedges
1/2 cup cilantro, rough chopped


1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix zucchini, olive oil, Chili Lime Seasoning Blend and parmesan.
3. Spread out evenly on baking sheet and roast for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Serve warm with a squeeze of lime and chopped fresh cilantro.
