2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cans (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed and patted dry
1 Tbsp. Little's Cuisine Chili Lime Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil. Sprinkle with Chili Lime Seasoning Blend and toss again.
2. Transfer the seasoned chickpeas to the prepared baking sheet. Roast the chickpeas to the prepared baking sheet. Roast the chickpeas for 35 - 40 minutes, or until they are browned and crunchy, checking halfway through and stirring once or twice.
3. Sprinkle with sea salt, to taste, if desired. Let chickpeas cool at room temperature before serving. The chickpeas will become crunchier as they cool.
